Terms of Use

A straightforward framework for a free image tool.

Last reviewed: 26 October 2026

The service

MEZENCORE is a free browser-based tool for compressing, resizing and converting images. It is published by Tagmi Mohamed, an individual residing in France. It does not require an account or payment.

These terms describe use of the hosted tool. They do not replace or restrict the rights granted by the software’s GNU GPL-3.0 license and the licenses of its included components.

Your files and permitted use

Use images that you own or are entitled to process. Respect copyright, privacy and other applicable rights. The publisher does not acquire ownership of your images by making the tool available.

Do not use the website to distribute unlawful material, interfere with its availability or attempt unauthorized access to its hosting infrastructure.

Check the results

Keep original files and inspect exported copies before replacing or distributing anything. Compression and conversion can change visual detail, transparency, animation or metadata. A requested file-size target is not an unconditional limit.

Results depend on the input file, selected settings, browser capabilities and device resources. MEZENCORE is not an archival or forensic preservation tool.

Availability and responsibility

The service may be unavailable, updated or interrupted. No continuous availability, processing time or compatibility with every image is promised. The website does not provide long-term storage for your results.

The publisher remains responsible as required by applicable law. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limits mandatory user rights. The software’s license contains its own warranty provisions.

Privacy, licensing and legal information

Read the Privacy Policy for local storage and hosting-related processing. The Open Source & Credits page explains the software’s origin and license; publisher information is set out in the mentions légales.

These terms are intended to operate under French law, subject to any mandatory protections applicable to you. They do not impose an exclusive court or remove a right to seek a remedy available under applicable law.
